Useful if you want a wallet you control directly. Trust Wallet can also route purchases through supported third-party payment providers.
Create / prepare
- Install Trust Wallet only from the official Trust Wallet download page or your device’s official app store.
- Open the app and choose Create a New Wallet.
- Complete the wallet backup/recovery setup shown by Trust Wallet. Keep the recovery phrase private and offline; never send it to FieldBridge or support.
Buy
- From the wallet home screen, choose Buy.
- Choose BTC or USDT, depending on the FieldBridge order you intend to pay.
- Enter the purchase amount and choose an available third-party provider/payment method.
- Complete the provider’s identity/payment steps. Purchased crypto is delivered to your wallet when complete.
Send to DutyLine Shop
- Open the BTC or USDT asset and choose Send.
- Paste or scan the exact FieldBridge payment address from your order page.
- For USDT, make sure the selected blockchain network exactly matches the FieldBridge order page.
- Enter the amount, review the address and network fee, then confirm the transfer.
- After broadcast/confirmation, copy the transaction hash and submit it on the FieldBridge order page.
Important- Trust Wallet is self-custody: possession of the recovery phrase controls the wallet.
- In-app crypto purchases are fulfilled by third-party providers, so available payment methods and verification can vary.
Crypto ATM procedures vary by operator. Bitcoin Depot currently supports Bitcoin at its BTMs, while some other operators may support additional assets. Use an established operator, check the exact supported asset/network, fees and limits, and scan a wallet QR code rather than typing an address.
Create / prepare
- Before going to an ATM, have a Bitcoin wallet that can display your BTC receive address as a QR code.
- Use the ATM operator’s official locator and confirm its operating hours, fees, supported transaction type, limits and verification requirements.
- Bring the payment method the operator accepts; many Bitcoin ATMs primarily accept cash.
Buy
- At the ATM choose the supported asset you intend to buy and the amount. For a FieldBridge BTC order, choose Bitcoin.
- Complete any phone, one-time-code or identity verification requested by that operator.
- Scan the receive-address QR code for the same asset/network. For a FieldBridge BTC order, scan only the BTC address displayed on your active FieldBridge order page.
- Insert cash or follow the operator’s accepted payment instructions, review the quoted amount/fees, and confirm.
- Keep the receipt or transaction ID and wait for the Bitcoin transaction to appear on-chain.
Send to DutyLine Shop
- If the ATM sent BTC to your own wallet first, open that wallet and send BTC to the exact FieldBridge BTC address shown on the order page.
- If you chose to send directly from the ATM to FieldBridge, verify the scanned address before inserting cash and keep the transaction receipt/ID.
- Submit the blockchain transaction ID on the FieldBridge order page after the transaction is broadcast.
Important- ATM fees, supported coins, minimums, maximums and identity checks vary by operator and location.
- A Bitcoin-only ATM cannot pay a USDT order. Only use an ATM for USDT if that operator explicitly supports USDT on the exact network shown on the FieldBridge order page; otherwise use a BTC order or another supported platform.

- Use Kraken activity/transaction history to obtain the transaction ID after the withdrawal is submitted.
Important- Kraken may apply temporary withdrawal holds to certain recent purchases or funding methods. If Withdraw is unavailable, check the hold notice in your Kraken account/help center.
- Selecting an incompatible withdrawal network can cause permanent loss, so match the FieldBridge network exactly.
